ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Cloud-Rider® Designs guarantees its:

Black Aluminum All Season Screens™ & Winter Shields™ which have been properly installed as per the provided instructions, according to their intended use (i.e.: vehicle grille inserts), against actual product failure due to defective materials and/or workmanship during the first (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of part(s) that prove to be defective under normal and intended use (i.e.: vehicle grille inserts). This warranty does not cover chipping.

This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any uses contrary to the manufacturer's intended and published use.

This warranty covers the cost of the defective part(s) and not the costs of removal, installation, painting, or other incidental charges. This warranty is limited to replacement of the actual product and carries no cash value.

This warranty is limited to the actual purchase price of the product excluding the following: all applicable taxes, shipping costs, handling fees.

All warranty claims must include the following:

• Return Goods Authorization number (RGA)
• Defective product (carefully packaged for shipment)
• Proof of purchase (photocopy of original receipt is acceptable)
• Complete customer information:
• • Name of original purchaser
  • Delivery address (including postal/zip code)
  • Phone number (including area code)
  • E-mail address

SHIPPING CHARGES TO Cloud-Rider® Designs ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
PRODUCT ARRIVING C.O.D. WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Cloud-Rider® Designs will pay return shipping on all valid warranty claims.
