LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY  

Cloud-Rider® Designs guarantees its:

'FUSION-BOND TECHNOLOGY'™ Mud Flaps which have been properly installed as per the provided instructions, according to its intended use, against actual product failure, due to defective materials and/or workmanship during the life of the motor vehicle on which it is originally installed.

This warranty shall only be effective while the original purchaser owns the motor vehicle and shall not apply if the product has been removed from the original vehicle on which it was installed.

This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any uses contrary to the manufacturer's intended and published use. This warranty does not cover rock chipping or denting of Stainless Steel and Black Powder Coated items.

This warranty covers the cost of the defective part(s) and not the costs of removal, installation, painting, or other incidental charges. This warranty is limited to replacement of the actual product and carries no cash value.

This warranty is limited to the actual purchase price of the product excluding the following: all applicable taxes, shipping costs, handling fees.

All warranty claims must include the following:

• Return Goods Authorization number (RGA)
• Defective product (carefully packaged for shipment)
• Proof of purchase (photocopy of original receipt is acceptable)
• Complete customer information:

  • Delivery address (including postal/zip code)
  • Phone number (including area code)
  • E-mail address

SHIPPING CHARGES TO Cloud-Rider® Designs ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
PRODUCT ARRIVING C.O.D. WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Cloud-Rider® Designs will pay return shipping on all valid warranty claims.
