Returns
Because all items are subject to natural wear and tear, we will only accept an item for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
If you prefer an exchange, you will be responsible for:
- The return shipping charge
- A 20% restocking Fee
- Any higher price difference between the item you return and your second choice item
- Shipping charges for the replacement item
To return an item for refund due to personal preference, you will be responsible for:
- The return shipping charge
- A 20% restocking fee
**ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETE AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR FULL CREDIT**
YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA#) NUMBER TO SHIP ANY PRODUCT BACK.

Once you have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number:
- Box the item in the original packaging (or similar package if original unavailable), taking the same care that was taken to ship to you. If you have removed the product from it's shrink packaging, the parts MUST be carefully wrapped together to avoid scratching.
- Include your sales receipt. A copy is acceptable. Write the Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) Number you were given, on the sales receipt.
- The Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number MUST be written on the courier's waybill.
- Ship back using the carrier requested by Cloud-Rider® Designs.
ITEMS ARRIVING AT CLOUD-RIDER® WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT (RGA#) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR OWN COST!

CHARGES TO Cloud-Rider® Designs ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
PRODUCT ARRIVING C.O.D. WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT
YOUR EXPENSE.
Cloud-Rider® Designs will pay return shipping charges, if applicable, on all valid warranty claims.
All warranty claims must include the following:
- Defective product (carefully packaged for shipment)
- Proof of purchase (copy of original receipt is acceptable)
- Complete customer information:
- Name of original purchaser
- Delivery address (including postal/zip code)
- Phone number (including area code)
- E-mail address
