Sill Guard™ Warranty

ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY  

Cloud-Rider® Designs guarantees its:

'SILL GUARD'™ Vehicle Threshold Protectors​ which have been properly installed as per the provided instructions and operated according to their intended use (i.e. vehicle threshold/door sill protector), against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty shall only be effective while the original purchaser owns the motor vehicle and shall not apply if the product has been removed from the original vehicle on which it was installed.

This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any uses contrary to the manufacturer's intended and published use of the product. (i.e. vehicle threshold/door sill protector)

This warranty covers the cost of the defective part(s) and not the costs of removal, installation, painting, or other incidental charges. This warranty is limited to replacement of the actual product and carries no cash value.

This warranty is limited to the actual purchase price of the product excluding the following: all applicable taxes, shipping costs, handling fees.

All warranty claims must include the following:

• Return Goods Authorization number (RGA)
• Defective product (carefully packaged for shipment)
• Proof of purchase (photocopy of original receipt is acceptable)
• Complete customer information:
• • Name of original purchaser
  • Delivery address (including postal/zip code)
  • Phone number (including area code)
  • E-mail address

SHIPPING CHARGES TO Cloud-Rider® Designs ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
PRODUCT ARRIVING C.O.D. WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Cloud-Rider® Designs will pay return shipping on all valid warranty claims.
